“Packaging still needs improving one out of the 3 boxes was burst open at top with powder leaking. Simply because the top was'nt taped over with packaging tape like the other two was and still not enough bubble wrap inside outer box.”

I do apologise part of your order was received damaged. Please contact us with your order number so we can look into the parcel's journey and for next steps.
We are continuously looking at different boxes and different inner packaging to minimise damages of these type of items. Unfortunately once it leaves our warehouse we cannot guarantee the items will be treated with the care we would expect.
Again, thank you for your feedback. I will pass this to our Warehouse Manager to further investigate how we package these items.
