“Tadalafil 20mg works for me but not quite as the instructions state. The instructions say that it will begin to work after approximately 30 minutes providing stimulation occurs, however, for me, nothing happens until approximately 8 hours later. Usually, the overall effect lasts for a little while longer than 36 hours.”
