“I tried tadalafil 20mg after successful use of sildenafil 50mg and 100mg. It certainly is effective in the primaary goal as a longer acting treatment for ED. However I found the side effects at this dose very off-putting. Specifically I had backache (eventually settling as low lumbar and gluteal ache) which lasted for 5 days. It responded to paracetamol. In addition the vasodilatation of my gluteal muscles gave a very uncomfortably warm seat effect which seemed to start on day 3 and lasted over 24 hours. I think I'll try halving the dose to see if these side-effects become tolerable. This are of course known, temporary side effects of tadalafil. So the 2 stars I've given relate to my own side effect profile.”
