“This is a silly thing to ask cos what works for me may not work for you. But they’re good. Occasionally they give me indigestion as a side effect but nothing much. They work well. Usually need a 45 minute lead before they kick in but again may work differently for you. My backs not great so that’s my driver For use. I’d recommend them.”
