Tuneable Alto Aluminium A Whistle
This whistle has a strong aluminium body. It's in the key of "A", and has an ABS Whistle head.
It's tuneable and easy to tune. Produces a solid traditional tone, a sound you can only get from an aluminium whistle. An affordable whistle which has an excellent professional look. Great for slow airs and for back up singers.

“Great whistle! A really great Alto A sound. The finger holes are easy to span and get good ornaments from. The breath control is very easy and the tone is bright and clear. I haven't needed to retune the head at all, so the warehouse setting is perfect. I love this whistle.”

“I recently purchased a fine Tony Dixon alto A whistle from McNeela Instruments to add to my small collection. I’m still getting used to the spacing a bit, but it’s definitely got a punch. It’s louder than many other whistles, so you’ll be heard at a session. It’s also a nice looking piece aesthetically. It will definitely go with my Carbony Celtic and Chieftain whistles as the ones most-often played. I’m glad I picked this one up.”
