“HI from Greece, I am happy to write a positive review here despite or even because of the difficulty that occurred. I finally received the wooden spoons I had ordered after two months. There was a bit of a mix-up which ,seemingly was due to an incorrect email address I had sent (sic). Anyways, I fortunately was able to get my brother, who lives in Ireland, to phone them about the situation. They did not have a phone number on their website for me to do so. My brother found the guy, who answered the phone (can't remember his name) to be extremely helpful and seemingly he went out of his way to solve the problem, which meant them sending me another set of spoons......which they promptly did and finally my eight-year-old grandson was delighted to get his Nov. birthday present albeit in January. I myself am delighted to get this opportunity to thank the guy who got the job done and McNeela for accepting the cost of sending me a second pair of spoons. The first set has never turned up, by the way. Again many thanks and may you all have a great year full of music , love and laughter. Noeleen O'Sullivan Savidou”
