“I bought this beater along with a 16 inch bodhran early this year. I enjoyed playing the bodhran with it but found that the bristles broke off. I wrote to McNeela's and they immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked, which was extremely generous. After the replacement arrived and I started playing with it, I realized that I'd been using the beater incorrectly and had put too much strain on the bristles. No problems since then. McNeela's are a fine company to deal with and I'd have no hesitation in buying more items from them. I've already placed three orders with them.”

“This company’s products are all of the highest quality. I bought a drum, tippers, “faker” wooden spoons, and several other things in at least two purchases. The orders arrived quickly and intact. I have recommended them to my Irish buddy John Byrne who probably will be ordering a new drum soon!”
