i am sorry to say that i acted on your email and reinsured with devitt. my previous policy with rac did not run out until later in march and i checked that i had no no claims certificate. unfortunately the devitt insurance was issued but as i was unable to supply a no claims discount certificate as the other rac insurance hadnt yet finished ( and even though i said that i didnt have a no claims certificate on the application) they cancelled my policy and referred me to the motor insurance database. i had sent emails with copies of my previous policy and explained the situation but the processes are so automated it seems this made no difference i am sitting here waiting for a call back from devitt to see if i can sort it out (45 mins so far) not the service i expect you were hoping to deliver

Terrible company would not recommend using them lack of communication and not interested in sorting out any problems just interested in taking your money I’m just glad I did not have to claim

Very quick and easy to navigate the site. Got a price back from Devitt which was £160 cheaper than my renewal from Express. Also an added bonus was a 10% off voucher for Sportsbikeshop

Good company but when I wanted to move my start date by 2 days they wanted £170 extra on top of my deposit
