“Real issues with the way they collect NCD evidence. I sent it twice without acknowledgment and then received a letter saying they were going to deduct money from my account”

“used MCN Compare to sort insurance for a second bike, tried several sites but couldn't complete any transactions on line as they wouldn't accept that, as I am retired I didn't have a 'job description'. I tried 'Pope' but even that failed. In frustration I rang Bennetts (who insured my first bike). I spoke with a most helpful Lady who sorted my new bike but also informed me of how to combine both vehicles onto a 'Multi-bike policy when time to renew original policy”
