“The online system wouldn't process my payment so I had to phone them to take out the policy, then found a few days later they had taken three different payments, after multiple phone calls it took over two weeks to get my money back. Then I received a letter saying they had cancelled my insurance so had to phone again to see what was going on, I was told that the policy was running and they didn't know why I had received the letter. A few days later I then found they hadn't registered my insurance on the MID, so had to phone multiple times to get that done. Not a great experience...”
