“Easy to book and easy to download documents! Low cost of premiums, high excess. Slightly confused why documents were not sent over e-mail and needed to register to the portal to be able to confirm that all was ok. Overall satisfied by the service provided!”

“The price was fine, I wanted the policy sent to me through the post but I was told this wasn't possible. I have limited computer equipment so this proved difficult. I have rung your company today as I have purchased another bike, a BMW1000r but you have refused to insure me as I don't have 2 years no claims. I extremely unhappy about this.”
