“Having had a number of quotes online, I felt I needed to speak to an actual person. As part of my mid life crisis, I had put a deposit on a new 60's style retro scooter. I had never even sat on a scooter & had to take a CBT test. 40 years of car driving meant for nothing. By taking to a real person I was able to ask questions that couldn't be answered online. Even down to security for my new baby. I have bought all the security discussed......and more!! Thanks for the help & advice. Oh, and the cost was competitive. I would have paid more for the piece of mind. And Sidney my scooter is fabulous!!!”

“Not happy with this company, Got a quote on their website but wanted to add another bike, could not see a way to do this on line to complete my purchase, was satisfied with the price until I got my phone bill, I was charged £19 for purchasing this policy, at no point did I see any warning that this was a premium rate number.”

“If it is possible on a website to be able find out whether an insurer is able to provide an insurance suitable then it would not waste time making phone calls that result in a company not been able to provide a service. Admittedly insuring a Quadro 4 for 3 people was unusual but it would save time if some sort of selection process could be done on a website. It was only after I had made inquiries with the importer of the vehicle that I was able to find a company that was able to insure the vehicle.”

“I phoned WQ to check my quote was correct as I had just spoken to MCE who tried to charge me double their online quote with a £1000 excess. WQ went through the details and set things up. Efficient and accurate.”
