“Very poor, I made a simple error on my no claim bonus year and they wanted to charge the cost of the whole policy to cover their admin fee! Has a man of principle I took my business elsewhere. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask..., and didn't have an internet site.... okay poor analogy but you know. anyway don't both using them, god knows what they would like if you had claim.”
