“Appalling customer service, ordered hardwood furniture oil and garden furniture stripper with next day delivery. It never arrived, contacted Maxwells after 5 days to be told it had been damaged in transit but they had nor told me or done anything to rectify the problem. The hardware furniture oil ordered was out out of stock so they sent an alternative product. Unfortunately only the furniture stripper arrived, took 2 days. More phone calls and they then sent the furniture oil, again this took longer than the next day for delivery. ever offered any apology. Dont expect this to be here very long as Maxwells use this review site wher you cant mention the retailers name, delivery or customer service. Funny that i would say”
