“Ordered 15 days ago before any indication of issues with service. Totally understand there will be delays but the lack of contact is disgraceful. I have chased by phone email and social media. A brief response on social media to say I will get an email. I received said email yesterday to say items will be here today - 1 of 3 tins of paint arrived. It was open, spilled everywhere and wrapped in black tape. I managed to get the drivers attention to say this isn’t correct and I’m not accepting in this state. He said there are 3 vans in my area today and the other paint will be with another driver?!! I said not happy with the one which had arrived and he said they will al come together - I told him that makes no sense how will they give me a Tin of paint not already ordered and he just said they will all come before 1pm - sure as hell nothing here - I chased on social media and left a negative comment and in response they have removed their posts and removed any way of contacting them. Absolutely disgusting service just give everyone a refund and stop acting so distastefully -Maxwells ... I had every sympathy with you before this week but your actions are embarrassing!!!”

“Disgusting service products not arrived and were ordered over two weeks ago. One pot of paint arrived today, two missing. The one that did arrive was open and spilled everywhere and the driver tried to claim he hasn’t noticed. He then said my other paints would arrive by 1pm. It’s now 3:30 and they’re not here. Tried to contact with no success tried to contact via social media and they removed their page!!! Embarrassing customer service.”
