“I ordered the paint and was told will receive within two days. So I organise my decorator to do the job. Well the paint never arrived, so I phone up Maxwell's after the second day to be told Maxwell's were out of stock and would not be getting anymore. The money was refunded. The main reason for this review is to moan that I should at least have had a call to be told of the situation of the paint being discontinued. I'd already done half the house. I had the added expense of the decorators time. After phoning back to complain I was told the manager will call back, thank you for not bothering. I will not bother you again either.”

“No problem with the product. My only concern was the delay in dispatching the goods to me. I had to chase up the goods twice.”
