“Well having had to ring you to enquire about delivery, and agreed a delivery to your Jarrow branch for pick up. I get an email from you to tell me that you have now refunded my payment to PayPal as you no longer are able to get this product!! Yet you advertised it on your web site? I especially ordered from you as it offered a free local pick up delivery. So still haven't got round to get it!”
