“Exactly as described, hose is already fitted to reel, all you have to do is screw on the handle and a plug on the other end of the spindle. Easily mounted on a wall. Hose and reel seem of good quality and sturdy construction. At first I thought I had been sent the wrong hose length (box says 20m). However, contacted Maxwells and they put me right, there is an additional sticker on back of box that says 30m (as indeed it is). So, good product, good service.”
