“In the last two years the amount I buy online has increased and dramatically and more so since the COVID-19 epidemic. I was looking for a Barbour jacket and this company’s prices were extremely competitive both regarding online and conventional retail outlets. So much so they beat the competition by £30! The item I ordered was delivered well within 24 hours! Unfortunately I did not understand that Barbour’s sizes are extremely tight (carefully check these before you buy) and I ordered the wrong size. A phone call with an extremely helpful response rectified this, it was duly returned and the replacement was received again at great speed. The service and price was exceptional and I will definitely be considering this company with a view to replacing more orders. First Class”
