“Arrived after two weeks of ordering. When they arrived, they have a hole in the thumb and the sale tag removed. Obviously already worn by someone else who returned them! Totally disappointed because I waited two weeks for them. I will purchase a different pair from my local garden centre. I was trying to support an independent company too. Shame really.”

As discussed via email, we immediately offered a replacement and have now issued a full refund. While we do want to reassure readers that these gloves were not previously worn (the original header card was still attached, as seen in the photos, and we have never had a pair of these gloves returned), we completely understand why the damage you noticed was frustrating, especially after the wait. We are carrying out additional quality checks with our packing process to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
