“We only bought the smallest size because we are going to raise them in a polytunnel, hopefully that way we will get a better germination, it will be done by a local charity, Innovate , they can work inside, rather than being out in the cold or wet weather. We will then plant them out in the wildflower meadow that we have been creating at a local hospital, there are more than enough seeds in this small pack for our needs, and at a good price.”

“I cleared 8 squares of soil in my lawn about 300x300 so that the seeds were not competing with the grass but very little if anything came up. somewhat underwhelming I’m afraid.”

“We are a group of four volunteers, we are looking after what we hope to be a traditional wildflower meadow. It started out as a rough grazing field, with large areas of bramble and blackthorn around its edges, lt has been mowed twice, each following year only showed a very limited range of species. We are hoping that the seeds in the Native British General Purpose Wildflower Mix will show what will thrive in our Meadow, then we will sow more areas with those varieties, so that we can increase the biodiversity and help nature thrive.”
