“The bulbs arrived later than the postage I had paid for - it was a special occasion and I am very sad that I was not well met from your company whenI sought some acknowledgement and validation - Chat GTB offered me a very well crafted, well met response when I checked for how I had been met......it was a special 30th birhtday present - your delay and suggesting it was the postal service issue issue was sad to say the least.. I dont know how may bulbs survived.... so sad....”
