“We had tried seeding rhe area with Yellow Rattle seed, but nowhere had we found that it would only germinate where there was grass........ We ordered, at great expense, we thought, some plugs for the area. Wonderful, all grew and flowered. We now havve some grass, cut along with the wildflower plants. Cuttings left to finish seed drop. Raked over and more Yellow Rattle seed applied. Fingers crossed for next year 2026. Thank you”

“All planted, most have survived the dry start to the year, quite a number flowered and went to seed. I'm looking forward to next year to see what appears!”

“My grass is so long I’ve yet to find the 50 yellow rattles I put into the Meadow. The plugs when they arrived, looked excellent. Looking forward to next year when I can see some results.”

“This was the second year of buying yellow rattle plugs,50 plugs arrived in good condition looking healthy, planted in a number of different grass locations, but none survived to produce viable flowers and seed. I had a small success with sowing new seasons seed (from you). I have concluded that the shock of transplanting causes the plants to immediately try to set flowers before they have had the chance to grow a little, so I would not recomend plugs for establishing rattle, better chance with seed.”
