“Hi, I've been buying wildflower seeds for quite a few years from Meadowmania always recommending Meadowmania to friends and all the walkers along the lane who stop in amazement to admire the stunning array of wildflowers; some taking mobile phone pictures and asking me how I created something so beautiful. West yorkshire where I live is known for plenty of water but sadly this year we are in a drought with hosepipe ban which has gone on for months; we've had storms but very little constant rain. Unfortunately this has impacted on the meadows; the middle meadow put on a reduced display but the top meadow suffered a great deal more; it wasn't in any way the wildflower seeds at fault just the climate spoiling everything in the gardens. It's very rare indeed for Yorkshire to have such a long dry spell; it's a local joke if we have two consequtive days of hot sunshine without rain then it's been a long summer. Last year I planted plug plants; eight floated out due to the endless heavy rain. I strim the wildflowers at the end of the flowering season then rotavate allowing the meadows to be started from scratch each springtime; I have the rotavator so like to use it; the rotavator is 64 years old; I'm 78 years old; the exercise is good for me. I can highly recommend meadowmania as a long standing customer and I'll be buying more of these wildflower seeds with confidence for next year. Meadowmania service is also brilliant.
