“My watch arrived 5 days after placing my order. The purchase experience was excellent. The watch was as expected and has been a joy to wear. I did decide to purchase the bracelet after wearing the enclosed leather strap and I do think that it enhances the experience. The bracelet was a little tricky to attach due to the close tolerances but looks great. However, I did have a question concerning a possible discount code and sent three emails without any reply. It does make me wonder if customer service would have been responsive had I had a problem with the watch or wanted to return it. Would I purchase again from Marloe?....Absolutely, but I think that email inquires should be acknowledged.”
