“I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I am on this occasion I am (after all I rely on reviews others leave). I found Marler Haley through Google by chance whilst looking for someone to produce publicity banners for our choir.
It's always a concern when you deal with a company solely over the internet but on this occasion I was reassured by phone and address contact details and a prompt reply to my initial email asking for the specifications for the artwork. I produced the artwork myself and uploaded a .pdf to the required specification and completed the order process. I received an email to check the slight colouring difference between the two banners was OK.
Once I gave confirmation the items were printed that afternoon and they arrived by courier early the next day. They really are a good product, and my company has paid siginifcantly more for for the same item from elsewhere. Customer service was superb, attention to detail and the promptness of delivery continued the theme. Oh, have I mentioned the price - look nowhere else. Satisifed customer!!”
