I was thoroughly impressed by the care and attention to detail he showed, taking the time to walk me through all the electronics of the eBike and patiently answering every question I had. The quality of the Mark 2 bike itself is exceptional — solid, well-built, and clearly designed with both performance and reliability in mind. I upgraded my X-Cross 450S Step-Through with a gel saddle and swept-back handlebars, and it’s easily one of the most comfortable bikes I’ve ridden to date. While I consider myself quite fit, I often struggle with power and strength in my legs, especially on hills. This bike offers the perfect balance between pedaling and electric assist, making rides both enjoyable and manageable. I would highly recommend Mark 2 eBikes to anyone considering an e-bike!”
