“This is my third e-bike and I have to say the best of the three! The other two were folding bikes, selected so I could transport them in my SUV to my off-road routes. The Mark2 X-Cross450+ bike is so light, compared to the folding bikes, it’s easy to lift in to and out of my car. With the swept back handlebars making the ride position great for perfect comfort. The step through makes it easy to get on and off, for an 87 year young cyclist. It’s early days though and have only been out three times (total mileage so far 55 miles). Have been impressed with the gearing, electric motor, the brakes, battery power and overall ride. Slight issue the battery removal and refitting takes a bit of getting used to and still gives me an issue, but it’s minor criticism! And early days! Overall I highly recommend this bike for all ages and genders! The help and advice I received from Ed was superb, very fast response to any questions and indeed the bike was delivered, to my surprise, in person by Ed, I live in north Cheshire so long journey from Kent for Ed! So don’t be put off Mark2 Bikes because they are based at a distance.”
