“I've had my bike for a month now and every time I use it it makes me smile! The ride is so smooth and as easy as you want it to be. Invest in the comfy saddle and swept-back handlebars for extra comfort and go for the rim lock and extender cable for extra security. The only thing I can think of to improve the experience would be if the up and down buttons on the electric changer were more obvious to save you having to glance across to the shift gears. Maybe I'll try a luminous sticker and see how that works?! The customer service has also been amazing - from the help when ordering, to the personal delivery and tutorial from Ed - everything has been first class! I'm so glad I bought from Mark2 and would recommend them to anyone considering an e-bike.”

“I am just loving my new Mark 2 X-Cross bicycle! Although initially delivered without the battery due to delay in supply I still enjoyed riding it. Then when the battery was available and charged it was even more enjoyable! Comfortable and easy to ride; it just makes cycling a complete pleasure! The guys at Mark 2 have been very helpful.”

“Love this bike. I'd looked at a lot and tried a few but none came close to the ride you get with this bike. The assistance of the motor is instant and has very impressive power. The little throttle makes a huge difference when you are on a slight incline.”

“I had my mark2 bike for 7 months now, and I am so pleased with this bike it as surpassed my expectations, anyone buying this bike will not be disappointed. Riding this bike is a pleasure I ride only on roads so I can’t speak for off road riding ( leave that for the young un’s ) at 69 I happy, how I use it, easy to use eg: change battery power, changing gear and turning on lights, very well made strong and robust, this bike will definitely last without a doubt. My one small gripe is the removal of the battery for charging I find it difficult, I just have to find the knack how to do it, if my neighbour is about he can remove it no problem, so I believe it’s me not the bike although you need a bit of strength to remove which I don’t have,”
