“I have had a X Cross Bike for a few years now. I was experiencing power cut outs whilst riding. I contacted Ed at Mark 2 and discussed the problem. Without any sales talk we agreed that because of the time I had the Bike the battery had was probably failing. I ordered the new battery which was delivered very quickly. Pleased to say end of electrical problem. Throughout the time until the new battery arrived I was kept up to date with tracking details. Thanks Ed for your help and first class service.”
