“The bike is fantastic to ride and Ive fallen in love with cycling again. ordered on September 2021 and after a bit of a wait (Brexit and pandemic supply chain problems didnt help) the bike arrived in February 2022. After a couple of rides the rear wheel started to make a really awful noise. I phoned Mark 2 and they were quick to come out and sort it, they replaced it completely and all has been fine since. The bike is really easy to ride and very comfortable, power is exactly as i imagined it to be and makes hills fun! I have managed to get over 40 miles out of the battery over some difficult terrain (mix of forest trails and hilly roads) before the battery ran out. Mostly i ride for 25-30 miles with battery to spare. Im already thinking of upgrading to a bike with a bigger battery just so i can go further!. The battery is quick and easy to charge and the controls are childs play. I have invested in a tow bar bike rack and enjoying exploring further afield. Im very very”
