“I booked in my Fat Tyre EBike to have new mudguards installed, a service and a check on the electronics on the bike. Every thing was completed in a very professional manner, and done at a very reasonable price. If there was one thing that could have been done better was keeping me informed on the progress of the work that took a week to complete, Situation awareness for the customer is essential especially when the initial time scale was estimated at one day and the completion of the work took a week, during which time I struggled to get an update. Get that right and you will always have happy customers.”
