“My first purchase arrived broken so I returned it and received a replacement but after reading further reviews. I did not open it and decided I no longer wanted the product. I have now been trying to return it for over six weeks.
Communication from this company has been extremely poor. On more than four occasions they have failed to accept the return and have repeatedly placed the blame on me instead of resolving the issue. I have emailed multiple times trying to sort this out, with no meaningful outcome.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The company should improve its communication and take responsibility for poor quality products.”
“The first few times I used this I wasn’t convinced that it worked. My curls were dropping out straight away and I was thinking about returning. I am so glad I persisted because I love it now! The trick with the curlers is to use mousse and ensure that your hair is fully dried after using them. If there is any moisture still remaining in your hair the curls will drop. I recently went on holiday and was able to leave my straighter and curling wand at home because the air styler does it all. Very happy customer!”
“After looking at other brands, I came across the Mark Hill flexi air styler and thought what harm could it be to order it. It came and it's absolutely amazing! My mam has the dyson one and I feel like I get more power out of the Mark Hill one. It's quick and easy to use. Would 100% recommend to others. I love how you can also purchase other attachments. It already comes with a few attachments in the pack when buying the flexi air styler.”
“I have spent ages looking for the perfect hair dryer and styler which wasn't ridiculously expensive and suitable for shorter hair. I saw some of the 'pick n mix' items in Boots last year but the hair dryer wasn't included. I remember thinking it would be perfect if it was. I then bought a separate fryer and straighteners which were ok but still not what I wanted and with a big holiday coming up I don't want to be carting them both around. I was again looking online and came across the Flexi Air Styler. It looked perfect. Reading the reviews clinched it, on this and other websites I couldn't find any bad reviews. I've now been using it for just over a week and it's a game changer. No longer do I need multiple sockets or to worry hat I've left the straighteners plugged in. My hair looks amazing and it dries so quickly. I have a bob so the curling attachments aren't much use but the rest of it is all I need. I did but an extra brush which to bring honest I may not need but I'll keep it for those days in between washing when I just want to refresh my hair. I have tried the shark version previously but at more than double the price it wasn't worth it for me. If you're looking at buying this, don't hesitate, I would highly recommend. Delivery was really quick too and it comes in a lovely bag which you can keep it in.”
