“The styler was not working well initially and required cleaning function to be run. Not sure if it's still performing as it should but I'm keeping it as after contacting customer support I have learned that the return / replace procedure was atrocious. The packaging has indicated that it was previously opened so it might have been previously opened and returned as well.”
“The first few times I used this I wasn’t convinced that it worked. My curls were dropping out straight away and I was thinking about returning. I am so glad I persisted because I love it now! The trick with the curlers is to use mousse and ensure that your hair is fully dried after using them. If there is any moisture still remaining in your hair the curls will drop. I recently went on holiday and was able to leave my straighter and curling wand at home because the air styler does it all. Very happy customer!”
