“I Bought the hot air brush for a friend who absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it started to shed bristles & melted them. I contacted the company via email who immediately offered a refund or replacement. Because she’d loved the product so much I opted for the replacement. Within a few days received the new brush. I have one very happy friend.

“I used my friends one while away and was so happy with the volume it gave my hair, I don't like loads but it was easy to handle so if you wanted more you definitely could get more. I have medium length hair and it's medium thickness, it doesn't take long to dry it using this brush and it's normally frizzy when dried but I didn't feel the need for straighteners afterwards. I came home from holiday and brought myself my own one. Love it”
