“I Bought the hot air brush for a friend who absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it started to shed bristles & melted them. I contacted the company via email who immediately offered a refund or replacement. Because she’d loved the product so much I opted for the replacement. Within a few days received the new brush. I have one very happy friend.
