Thanks for your feedback — and sorry to hear about the trouble accessing the OS plan. Our CAD files are supplied in standard DWG format, which should be compatible with AutoCAD and most vector-based tools, though some versions of CorelDRAW may require conversion or specific import settings.
We’re also sorry to hear your refund request hasn’t been responded to — that’s not the experience we aim to deliver. Please email us directly at support@mapserve.co.uk with your order number and we’ll ensure it’s resolved immediately.
