“bike arrived faulty then a glib email suggested that 'feedback is a gift' following many emails as feedback about the faulty bike. no followup came from mango until payment was declined on the payment plan. no replacement (fit for purpose wheel has arrived)”

“I was slightly worried about placing my order due to some of the bad reviews about waiting months for delivery. BUT I placed my order and the bike arrived in less than a week!!! I called a couple of times and the staff were really helpful. The bike itself is beautiful and a pleasure to ride. I am really pleased with my Mango experience!”

“I’ve just ordered a custom OG from mango bikes and I’m very happy with it! I loved the customisation aspect of it and the bike feels very me which I love. I’ve also bought the bike to start commuting to and from work and so far so good! I’ve been recommending this bike to a lot of people.”
