“It took over a month to arrive, and when it did there were 3 incorrect customisations. Customer service helped me quickly, but they couldn't specify a collection time so I had to wait at home from 7am to 6pm and make other arrangements to take/collect the kids to/from school, but they didn't turn up to collect the bike and now I will have to do that again. Given they are online only, and it's 2017, this should be a solved problem. They still haven't resolved my issues and yet they ask me to write a review! Well here it is. Excellent bikes but they have some problems with their business/processes that could easily be solved with improved organisation. It's a a bit amateur hour. I hope they can sort out these issues and perfect that side of things.”

“What fun! My first single speed bike and I am loving it. Great for short rides around town and my local canal towpath. Frame and kit great and it gets lots of admiring looks and comments. Plus I don't feel the need to dress in lycra form head to toe to ride it!”
