Dear John, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry you were disappointed with the presentation. We can see that you previously ordered some of our ABC Frames, which does come presented in a gift box. Our other framed products do not come in gift boxes, as we offer such a wide range of frame sizes that it isn’t practical to have individual gift boxes for every size. They are, however, securely packaged to protect them during delivery. We completely understand why, having received the ABC Frame previously, you expected a similar presentation this time, and we hope this helps explain the difference in packaging between the two products.
