“Absolutely loved my name framed I purchased as a gift. I stupidly made a spelling error in the engraving and they very much obliged to do it over free of charge. I did offer to pay what the engraving would cost, but they said it was OK. You can't get much better customer service than that. A million stars if I could.
Thanks Orla”
