“When I ordered the name frame I expected to see a picture of the proposed name and lettering but I didn’t. This is the third frame I have ordered and was able to see a visual before ordering. This was disappointing.
I still don’t know if the gift has been received.”

Unfortunately there currently is no customised preview of this product but all our our products are made exactly as you see on the photos on the product page. All orders are tracked and we are happy to tell you this item was successfully delivered yesterday. I can see from your order, you didn't add a note but the packing slip will have included your name so the recipient will know who it is from. Hopefully they will be in touch soon.
