“Very disappointed with colour choice. First two letters were pink. Only 5 letters in Emily so why put two of the same colours beside each other. I have always given you 5 stars because I think your product is amazing.”

“Baby frame is fabulous but unfortunately 2 joints in the frame had gaps but it can be fixed with glue. The presentation box is also very nice but a corner of this was dented so perhaps the package was dropped. However, despite this we absolutely love the piece as did the recipients.”
