“When charged via cable it lasts about 5 hours. Bright at the beginning then dulls to a glow before going out. In the winter when it charges via solar panel it lasts about an hour.THIS SOLAR BULB DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY ILLUMINATE AT DUSK AS STATED”

“The low star rating only reflects my disappointment that this light did not operate as an automatic dusk to dawn light. In other words it did not function as described on the Lyco website. Other than that it seems a very good light for manual use.”

“This solar bulb is very versitile, what a clever idea can be fitted in an area such as sheds under canopys out of the way places as a permanent fixture simply by fitting the solar panel or even more clever simply keeping it fully charged by way of a usb lead and then carrying it around with you for when you require light brilliant.”
