“The Bulb is fine and worth the cost.It has a good wash quality and holds to it's daylight status. There was a bit of an issue with the courier service though. After one missed delivery , when I was home and, a two alternative drop point request for a second delivery, when I knew I was not going to be at home,(due to the courier making the customer request unavailable within the app although specified) the delivery was canceled and re issued and rescheduled as a 'before 10am the next' day' , after a call to customer service. This eventually arrived with me at 10am on Monday morning, three days after the rescheduled time. Ordered Wednesday, for delivery Thursday ...finally arrived Monday . Although the customer service rep was exceptionally good.”

“VERY POOR SERVICE WHEN I HAD TO RETURN SOME THE ITEMS BOUGHT and they refused a full refund. They alleged : "The item in question has been used and the packaging is missing". The items were returned IMMEDIATELY THE NEXT DAY. I had to test the lamp for 2 minutes to see that they were the wrong luminosity and colour and of no use to me. Also I used THEIR own packaging from the other items i bought from them but they stillrefused !! Dont bother with them. Waste of time and money. Go to Amazon instead !! Better quality too.”
