“I ordered cool white which is 6500k. I got sent daylight at 4000k. Emailed them but no reply Obviously not bothered about customer service. Won't be shopping here again.”

I am sorry that you feel the lights are not correct, you have received the cool white which is a 4000k light., a daylight is 6000K-6500k There is no industry standard for the word to describe the colour temperature and some manufactures use "cool white" and others use "natural" white to describe the light colour of 4000k-45000k. It is possible that you have previously purchased what is termed "daylight" hence the light temperature is not what you expected? In addition, as the Kelvin Scale is a spectrum some manufacturers will concentrate on a different part of that spectrum to others hence a slight difference in the light temperature can be ascertained. We are in no doubt that we have dispatched the correct product with the correct light temperature specification. Any with any product that is found to be unsuitable the order can be returned under our Change Your Mind process once the products are as new and fit for re-sale, and installation has not been attempted.
