“How can I rate a product that to date I still have not got. This item was ordered and paid for on the 5th December. Your useless couriers Hermes can't find where I live despite providing them with two lots of directions and two telephone numbers that they can call me on. Also after emailing them twice still no parcel. if this item does not arrive today then you can cancel this order and refund my money.”
