“I am very dissapointed with this device. I spent Saturday afternoon installing it only to find that my 2 Phillishave shavers would not plug into it, neither would my electric toothbrush. All three items plug perfectly into my shaver adapter socket which I have measured with a micrometer, all three items are the same size including the thickness and diameter of the pins so my conclusion is that there is something wrong with the sockets on the device. I believe that the quality of the product is very good and that I am unlucky. the sockets internally do not feel right , in other words it feels very loose. I wish that I had tried the sockets before I fitted it to my bathroom wall as I doubt that you will send me a replacement item. I will have to take it apart and try to fix it myself if that is the case. I am a qualified engineer by thye way.”
