“So it says cool white on the lyco website . on the product delivered it states natural white on the box. When I question the supplied lights at customer services I am preached to quoting industry standards. When I try to explain that I Buy many of these led,s and there are 3 types warm , natural and cool white I am shouted down by an abnoxious very unprofessional woman who has difficulty in listening to a customer. Certainly won't be using this company again. It's a shame because the product was good pity about the customer services”

Colour of lights is rated by the Kelvins and there is not a industry standard regarding the name Warm White 2700K -3000K White 3500K Cool White 4000K Daylight 6500K The Customer Care Team

“Great value for money, the cheapest I could find anywhere! Quick delivery and easy to fit. The light is as described and at this price they will hopefully pay for themselves replacing 60w downlighter X 16 ? Happy to recommend and would use again.”
