“Very poor customer care. I ordered 10 fittings, 3 were delivered and 7 willl follow later . Delivery paperwork said 7 delivered 3 to follow. Then numerous emails over several days sent but replies only talked about 3 to follow until I left telephone message. I paid for express delivery for all 10 and this has not been offered to be refunded nor has an apology received. I have now lost tradesman slot and work will now have to be rescheduled after Christmas”

I am very sorry if you have been inconvenienced. We sent out a replacement order once it was established there had been an issue.
